Shipping 

Please pay attention to the shipping options at checkout.

Local Pick up:

This option is for those who wish to drive to and pick up their order in HAMILTON, ONTARIO. If you live in a different province, city and region you will be invoiced for shipping (unless you happen to be visiting Hamilton!)

Pick up is from my home address and I pop packages in the mailbox for you. Once you have placed an order and chosen LOCAL PICK UP please send me an email and let me know a date and time you would like to pick up your order. I try to limit pick ups to one person a day/time.

Canada:

Tracking is included in all Canadian shipments. Please not that shipping fees are calculated at checkout directly from Canada Post. The more rural you are, the higher the fees and this because resources to get the package to you are far greater than those that live in urban cities.

 

USA:

  • Expedited Parcel USA
  • Small Packet USA Air
  • Tracked Packet USA
  • Xpresspost USA

Small Packet USA Air does NOT have tracking included, it is the cheapest option. If you want to have your package tracked you need to purchase the shipping option with tracking listed in its name - Tracked Packet USA.

If you select an option without tracking, you will not receive a tracking number. Tracked Packet will automate a tracking number for you and include it in your shipping email.

 

International:

  • International Parcel Air
  • Small Packet International Air
  • Tracked Packet International
  • Xpresspost International

Small Packet International Air does NOT have tracking included, it is the cheapest option. If you want to have your package tracked you need to purchase the shipping option with tracking listed in its name - Tracked Packet International.

RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us for a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
